CORE Return & Exchange Policy

At CORE Clothing Collections, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Exchanges Only – No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for eligible items within 7 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for an exchange:

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose an alternate item of equal value or receive store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  1. Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
  2. Sale or clearance items
  3. Gift cards

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@coreclothingcollections.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item details, and the reason for your exchange.
We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address once your request is approved.

Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; CORE Clothing Collections is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos and your order details. We will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Store Credit

Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Policy Updates

CORE Clothing Collections reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
